Violence is an actual physical, physical and psychological link that actually leads to the harm that accompanies harming situations. The violence contrasts with the philosophy of nonviolence in modern human, social, political and psychological thought, in the extreme sense of the violence, leaving all the causes behind it.
The problem is the problem of violence especially in the Middle Eastern societies in general and the Kurdistan society especially in the fact that the violence is linked to its legal and constitutional opposition at the same time and this problem was tried by the researcher to address it through the analytical context and field research away from the theoretical side that the researcher signs in the ambiguity and generalization.
The issue of violence against women is one of the most important issues that preoccupied feminist thought and was launched as the first issue for women in the world. The concept of this violence has been defined in a very radical manner and mandatory global recommendations have been made to solve this issue in no less extreme manner.
