The research aims on the study of the relationship between the international oil interests in the Turkish Petroleum Company and its impact on the progress of the agendas of the conference and its results during the period (20/11/ 1922 – 24/7/ 1923), through two parts of the study, as the first part deals with an overview of the establishment of the Turkish Petroleum Company and the interests contributing to it. And its claim to exploit the oil of the southern Kurdistan during the years 1912-1922, and the second part deals with the impact of international oil interests in the Turkish Petroleum Company on the agendas and results of the Lausanne Conference during its convening period.
