The Abbasids quoted many administrative systems and traditions from the Persian civilization. The creation of the position of minister in the first Abbasid period was a new step in influencing the Persian heritage and then employing it in accordance with the new status of their state.
The position of the minister was unclear and unclear during the Umayyad era. The writer or the mashir was the authority of the minister. The ministry's establishment was a major feature of the system of government in the Abbasid state. Moreover, the importance of the ministry's establishment was great during that period. In the sentence, the tradition of that position was entrusted by the successors of the first Abbasid period to the Persians. The Caliph Harun al-Rashid delegated the position of the ministry to the Persian family of Brahma, while the Caliph al-Ma'mun relied on the plain , Where c Most of the variables on the institution of the ministry through them, and entered Persian decrees in the institution of the ministry, and the research in its content showed the depth of the Persian influences on the institution of the ministry.
