The relationship between time management and Stress among teachers and employees at the University of Raparin

This paper was an effort to find the relationship between time management and Stress among teachers and employees at the University of Raparin. The sample of this study includes 196 teachers and employees who have been chosen randomly. The used tools include time management and Stress questionnaire. Used statistical Descriptive method in this paper include mean, Frequency… and inferential statistics include Person correlation, K-S test, one-sample t-test, and Friedman test. The results showed that there was not a meaningful relationship between time management and Stress of teachers and employees. Stress was at an optimal level. Among the reasons for Stress, the opposition of favorites and hobbies during work had the highest rank. The latest finding showed that the rate of time management teachers and employees was not at the optimal level.
