There is no doubt that the texts of the Koran and the Sunnah are in Arabic, and understanding the provisions thereof is correct if it takes into account the requirements of the methods in the Arabic language and the ways of indication, and what is evidenced by the words which are singular and complex. And this was meant to the scholars of the origins or philology of Islamic jurisprudence via paying attention to the extrapolation of Arabic methods, phrases and vocabulary. These rules and principles are derived from the extrapolation of Arabic methods and from the imams of the Arabic language, and they do not have a religious character, but they are rules for the correct understanding of phrases, and therefore it also comes to understand any Laws which are developed in Arabic.
