Abstract

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, prayers and peace be upon the best creation Muhammad and his family, companions and those who followed them until the Day of Judgment.
This research aims to manage the savings and squandering of money and lending, as these processes are of great importance in life through pension, and this organization, in turn, achieve a balance between bringing interests and the keeping away of evils, as well as achieving social solidarity studied for the lending process.
This research was conducting several approaches, represented first by the inductive method, the second by the analytical, and the third by comparative. WE have read all that WE could read in relation to the subject. Then WE analyzed and discussed most of the opinions contained in the research by comparing the four doctrines of jurisprudence and presenting their evidence in this regard.
WE concluded at the end of the research several results, the most important: that a free man to spend his savings, squander and lending unless these operations are harmful to himself or his community, then it is prohibited, as well as the case if these operations are to no avail to the individual or society.
