The most obvious changes needed in institutions are time control. Now everyone agrees that time means capital, because loss of time means loss of an important asset of institutions, so we must fully and wisely take advantage of time and in the future, the idea is to be developed more effectively. The aim of this study is to find out the consequences of the attitude towards time management and performance of employees, as well as trying to eliminate the perception that time management is difficult in practice, on the other hand to know the importance of time. Quantitative method was used to collect data and information related to the research, which is a questionnaire form that was sent to some of the employees of private universities in Erbil. The results show that all four dimensions of time management have a statistical relationship and an impact on job performance.
