Psychological Resilience and its Relationship with Happiness among Teachers of Soran Independent Administration

Abstract

        The aims of this study were to find out the level of Psychological resilence and happiness of teachers of Soran Independent Administration, as well as, to find out the correlation between Psychological resilence and happiness.  The population of study were teachers of schools in the independence administration and the sample of participants in this study were (458) teachers in the General Directorate of Education of Soran.  In this study descriptive method (Quantative) was used and collecting dates by using two scales: for resilence (Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale) was used and for happiness the (Oxford Happiness Questionnaire) was used. For analyzing datas SPSS program weas used. In the results show that high level of resilence and happiness among sample study. Also the results show the strong positive relationship between resilence and happiness.
