This research deals with Mandhumat Al-Fadhila of the great Kurdish poet AbdulRahim Al-Mawlawi. It analyzes the work under study from a semantic point of view. Since many of the linguistic concepts are inferential tools, due to the conceptual semantics they contain, which consequently enforces speech and enrich it with meaning; The research is limited to linguistic inference, trying to shed light on the linguistic mechanisms and techniques that the poet adopted to change the recipient's beliefs and convince him of the subject under discussion. It seeks to highlight the sematic role of the word and the structure, highlighting the linguistic value of the system. The research concludes with many results, including: The text of Al-Fadhila derives its semantic effectiveness from the linguistic level as well as the accuracy of its verbal and synthetic choices that the poet uses to convince his readers about his ideas.
