This research is part of his doctoral thesis, where the researcher studied the most important philosophical dimensions related to the rules of international relations in the light of the Holy Qur’an. The study aims to clarify the vision of Islam in dealing with different peoples, countries and religions in the light of the Holy Qur’an, in addition to the above. In the rise and fall of nations and civilizations.
The nature of the study necessitated that the research follow the analytical approach by tracking and analyzing the Qur’anic texts that were mentioned in the subject of the study, and clarifying the sayings of the jurists and interpreters thereof, by relying on Islamic sources and references.
In conclusion, the researcher reached several results, the most important of which are: The origin of international relations in Islam is peace, and war is to repel aggression. The Qur’anic vision of building relations between peoples is characterized by high human characteristics represented by freedom and human dignity and not to abolish others because of nationalism or religion
