Abstract

This research seeks to shed light on the legal aspects of confronting the risks and challenges resulting from the uses of artificial intelligence, by demonstrating the impact of artificial intelligence technologies on the rights and freedoms of individuals, in addition to the security and moral risks that may affect countries, which requires concerted legislative efforts through the participation of Countries, governments, local and international organizations, academic bodies, as well as other actors such as companies specialized in artificial intelligence technologies, in order to strengthen standard guidelines that aim to regulate the uses of artificial intelligence, which has become an indispensable reality in many fields, through legislative balance. Between the right to use artificial intelligence and benefit from its benefits, and maintaining the security of individuals and communities from the potential risks of using artificial intelligence technologies.
