Abstract

Recently, the phenomenon of exploiting a physical disability, whether a material disability or a moral disability, has become widespread in committing crimes, whether in begging crimes, robbery crimes, murder, or other crimes. This has become a global phenomenon and is not limited to the national side, as we note that there are criminal gangs that include many  People who have disabilities and do not have a source of livelihood from various countries of the world, and the exploitation of this group of segments of people in certain countries, especially in the crime of begging, where they are either bought or rented from their families, or the people themselves are lured, especially children and women, because they gain greater sympathy from people or they  By faking these disabilities for them, and trading them for the purpose of obtaining sums of money.
