Abstract

The development of technology and media and publication in today's world is a certain outcome, as the desires of individuals increase to   build relationships with each other, the issue has been accepted by the individuals, from the other side, this social, political and economic development that happened in the Kurdistan region and Iraqi society, has led technology, media and publication to enter everyone’s life. But due to the use of technology, media and publication on social media and social networks, many users are subjected to violence, frustration and threats. In this research the attempts focus on explaining methods gaining consciousness among people in terms using technology in a proper way, to minimize the level of violence and frustration that arise as a result of misusing technology, we ask who takes legal responsibility for these behaviours? for this purpose, the measurement of (Violence of Technology) has been used in the field. The questions were prepared by the researchers, combined of (36) questions in an online form (google form), that were sent to the participants online, as a result, (300) participants have done the research survey.
