The Archetypal Criticism in Kurdish Myth : Narina Gulbarin as an Example

Myth is the source of all dimensions of human beings, because Myth has a complete relation to real life especially its vital role in literature. Based on literary research, Archetypical Criticism is one of the new dimensions in literary criticism. Carl Gustav Jung is considered as the founder of, Archetypical Criticism, because the Archetypical Criticism principles are set based on his psychological views especially Archetypes that covers the core level Archetypical Criticism. This study is entitled “The Archetypical Criticism in Kurdish Myth: Narina Gulbarin as an Example”; it is a practical analysis of a new theory of literary criticism on a Kurdish Myth based on Archetypes and Archetypical Criticism Principles through Jung’s view point. The main objective of the study is finding the Archetypes in the Kurdish Myth. The whole main principles of Archetypes and Archetypical Criticisms are highly focused in the research questions and importance of the study. Those Archetypes are the main content in building Collective Unconsciousness. The Collective Unconsciousness refers to the universal being as a collaborative human fortune.
