This research investigates the argumentation ladder mechanism or argumentative ladders that the sender uses in his speeches to persuade the addressee and the recipient of the speech's substance in the book: “Al-Taaj fi Akhlaaq Al-Mulouk “by Al-Jaahiz.
Furthermore, in an effort to convince the audience of the offered discourse, a range of rhetorical models are utilized to highlight the potency and persuasiveness of this argumentative strategy used by Al-Jahiz in his book "The Crown in the Ethics of Kings". In order to analyze and explain the argumentative ladder, we will first discuss its concept, rules, and major linguistic components, such as links and argumentative factors, before moving on to the formulas for levels of emphasis and exaggeration and concluding with the most important research findings.
