When the most important ears of Islamic Civilization are mentioned, certainly the first Abbasid era will be the first, because it was an intellectual and scientific movement, and it added an unparalleled splendor to Islamic civilization. In addition to the political developments in the Islamic world. Historian have paid attention to the caliphs of this era, so they talked at length about their annals, the years of their rule, and the works they accomplished in all aspects. During the presentation of their information about caliphs, it has been neglecting the psychological aspect and the grief of the caliphs, and due to the marginalization of historians of the feelings of the caliphs, the idea of this study came to shed light on the most prominent situation that required him to show firmness and suppress his feelings in order to preserve the prestige of the caliphate. accordingly, it can be said that the aim of this study is to highlight the psychological state of caliphs and his grief and weeping in the situations that necessitated showing sadness.
