These challenges are not only due to administrative practices, but are also affected by the great psychological pressures that employees are exposed to, especially when striving to achieve high-level job performance. This applies to any organization or department, as when employees are expected to contribute to the benefits and competitive advantage of the organization, in simple terms, employee productivity and organizational effectiveness are determined by the employee's role in the development and productivity of the organization, which can be achieved by providing a suitable work environment for self-improvement.
