A quantitative technique (questionnaires) was used to collect data from 170 academic staff from six out of seven international universities in KRG-Iraq. The results of this study indicate that spirituality in the workplace has an important role to play in making the academic staff of international universities feel that their jobs are secure. The results also confirmed that there is a significant correlation between the dimensions of workplace spirituality (Meaningful work, Sense of Community, and Alignment with Organization Values), and job security as a whole, furthermore, the research shows that the impact of workplace spirituality and its dimensions on job security among academic staff statistically is significant, and among the dimensions of workplace spirituality sense of community has the greatest influence to make the academic staff feel that their jobs are protected.
