This research aims to The Impact of Environmental Leadership on Green Operations in Chemical Industry Companies in the Independent Administrations /Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The research sample included (212) department managers in all chemical industry companies in the independent administrations, where their number reached (279) department managers. The questionnaire form was designed in paper and electronic form through (Google Forms) in three languages: Arabic, English and Kurdish, with the aim of collecting field data. The questionnaire form was subjected to a validity test by presenting it to a number of arbitrators with precise specialization in the field of production and operations management. The data were analyzed using several statistical methods; the research concluded some results stating environmental leadership and its behaviors positively affect green operations. Finally, this research has concluded some suggestions its need for leaders of the companies surveyed to take into account environmental safety and use alternatives to traditional fuels, such as renewable energy, in logistics operations.
