Security Council between the adoption of the resolution and the demands of reform

Abstract

The Security Council consists of 15 members, five of which are permanent, and these five members have the right to object  any decision issued by the Council, which led these States to control the Council resolutions, thus, the failure  to carry out the responsibilities entrusted to it by the members of the United Nations,  such as the maintenance of International peace and security, which prompted the General Assembly and other international groups to move and raise the issue of reform of the Security Council.
