Abstract

this research is part of a phd thesis statement entitled (monaging properties of ministry of religious affairs in Kurdistan), and this thesis includes subjects of managing properties of ministry of religious affairs now a days, it further focuses on shortages withing the adminstration.

more, it demonstrates number of opinions and suggestions for solving such problems that exist.

despite the fact , this topic is religious and legal , it is also social and relative to the properties of the adminstration and how to maage it further , not having a specific rule for running the ministry of religious affairs in kurdistan region , this research could be a bas is for sitting a specific rule for this concern .

with considering religious aspects for preserving the benifits of such properties
