  Conference Slogan  “Discover new ideas” 

  Notion of the conference: In today’s world, societies witness rapid and constant changes and developments which affect various sectors of life. All these changes and developments lead to emerging legal issues that require appropriate legal answers and solutions. Scientific investigation of these rising issues seems to be an effective way to reach legal solutions. On that basis and as part of our academic responsibility, the Department of Law at the Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management-Soran University in cooperation with Department of Law at Leeds Law School-Leeds Beckett University organized a conference with an aim to provide a platform for national and international researchers to engage in critical examination of contemporary issues which could be a vital step towards opening up new legal perspectives.

  Conference Aims:

  • Shedding light on the most recent legal issues both in the local and international contexts.
  • Providing solutions for the issues being discussed at the conference.

  . Providing solutions and recommendations to stakeholders and relevant parties.

  • Providing an appropriate environment for academic researchers who would like to present their researches and liaise ideas and information on the emerging legal issues.

  Under the slogan of “Discover new ideas” Department of Law at Faculty of Law, Political  Science and Management-Soran University holds a  two day conference from 21-22 of April 2023 to  address the most recent legal issues.

  The conference aims to:

  • Shed light on the most recent legal issues both in the local and international contexts.
  • Provide solutions for the issues being discussed at the conference.
  • Provide solutions and recommendations to stakeholders and relevant parties.

  • Providing an appropriate environment for academic researchers who would like to present their researches and liaise ideas and information on the emerging legal issues.

  Note: This number is designated for the Scientific Conference of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences and Management, under the title "New Legal Issues." The Scientific Committee of the conference is responsible for the process of evaluation within this scope.
