The role of water resources in tourism development in the district of Choman

Abstract

Water resources, including both types; surface and groundwater, have a significant role in the world in the field of tourism. We see many important tourist areas in the world are located on water resources that are important and attractive areas for tourists such oceans and rivers where important water resources to the tourism sector. There is a strong relationship between tourists and water resources. Tourists usually are attracted to places that are rich in water resources. Some of the water resources are seasonal, with the presence of several important springs in the study area which make it to contain several locations that are important to tourism in the study area. That makes it to be visited by many tourists annually, especially in the summer.
