The number of valid questionnaires for analysis purposes was (112) questionnaires. A set of statistical tools were used to analyze the data and arrive at the desired results, such as frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test in SPSS Ver. 27. Among the most important conclusions reached by the study is the existence of a significant correlation between search variables, as well as the existence of a significant impact of the dimensions of behavioral integrity of the leader in enhancing organizational standing in the institutions studied.
