In this research, we discuss the application of international arbitration in Iraq in accordance with international agreements, and we discuss the most important agreements ratified by Iraq, to what extent these agreements create obligations to implement international arbitration in Iraq, and we have explained their terms and conditions, the methods of implementing arbitration orders and the cases in which it is not permissible to implement arbitration orders. One of the most important needs of the era of globalization is the recognition of binding international rules and work to implement them, as non-recognition conflicts with the need for international trade transactions, because it creates obstacles and hinders the development of trade and economic relations. This paper is divided into two parts, the first part discusses the regional agreements of which Iraq is a member, and the second part discusses the application of the merger rule in accordance with international agreements.
