Abstract

The research presented to the reader entitled (The Purposes of the Family Laws of Dr. Wahba Al-Zuhaili - A Comparative Analytical Study), is part of the intentional jurisprudence that forms part of the huge heritage left by Wahba Al-Zuhaili - may God have mercy on him - in his writings and research. the means for family judgments and their analysis in the different stages; Before marriage, during marital life, the dissolution of marriage and the separation of spouses. By presenting the differences of scholars, with an explanation of Al-Zuhaili's positions, opinions and preferences, which include preserving the interests of the family on the one hand and warding off evil from it on the other hand, and in conclusion, a list of the most important results reached by the researcher.
