Security of sense and decision-taken among the members of the security services in the Kurdistan Region.

Abstract

The purpose of the current research is to identify the level of security of sense and decision-taken among the members of the security services in the Kurdistan Region, and for the purpose of achieving the research objectives, the researcher prepared the parameters of the sense of security and decision- taken based on literature and previous studies. For the purpose of extracting the results, the researcher chose (100)randomly and found the following results: The high level sense of security and decision- taken in the research sample, and the presence of a statistically significant relationship between the security of sense and the demographic variables of the research (age, years of service, The results showed a relationship between the sense of security and decision - taken, as well as the ability of the sense of security and age, years of service and rank combined and interactive decision-taken prediction, but both the sense of security and age and years of service on their own and under the influence of The other are unable to predict decision-taken only the rank was able to predict. In the end, the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions
