Notion of the conference: In today’s world, societies witness rapid and constant changes and developments which affect various sectors of life. All these changes and developments lead to emerging legal issues that require appropriate legal answers and solutions. Scientific investigation of these rising issues seems to be an effective way to reach legal solutions. On that basis and as part of our academic responsibility, the Department of Law at the Faculty of Law, Political Science and Management-Soran University in cooperation with Department of Law at Leeds Law School-Leeds Beckett University organized a conference with an aim to provide a platform for national and international researchers to engage in critical examination of contemporary issues which could be a vital step towards opening up new legal perspectives.
Conference Aims:
- Shedding light on the most recent legal issues both in the local and international contexts.
- Providing solutions for the issues being discussed at the conference.
. Providing solutions and recommendations to stakeholders and relevant parties.
- Providing an appropriate environment for academic researchers who would like to present their researches and liaise ideas and information on the emerging legal issues.
