Abstract

Research about the role and influence of Kurdish lawyers in activating and managing an important institution such as the judiciary during the Aylul Revolution, during the July 12, 1963, which was the first day of the establishment of the Supreme Court until (1966). It is important that when the revolution began in South Kurdistan, there was no administrative institution in the areas under the control of the Aylul Revolution, but the efforts of the intellectual and political elite tried to open several administrative institutions in the region.
