The Impact of the Blended Teaching Strategy on Developing Visual Thinking among Social Studies Students

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of integrated teaching strategies in the development of visual thinking among third-year students in the Department of Social Sciences, Faculty of elementary education, Sulaimaniyah University. To achieve the goal of the study, the experimental method was used. The research community consists of 79 third-year students at the Department of Social Sciences, Sulaymaniyah University for the academic year (2022-2023). A sample of 60 students was selected and divided into two groups. Each group consists of 30 students, the first was divided into the control group to study the subject through regular teaching and the other 30 students to the experimental group to study the strategy of blended teaching; - 19 students were dismissed due to tie and absence. The sample was matched according to age, intelligence and skill level variables, then a 20-paragraph Visual Thinking Skills Test was conducted, which consists of five skills, and includes four questions for each skill. the equation of the study was the SPSS program.
