Characteristics of Advancement and its Reflection on Advancement Signs in Kalar City

Abstract

The research is an attempt to present the characteristics of prosperity in kalar, which is expanding rapidly annually, in terms of increasing the area of prosperity, increasing the population, according to the morphological stages of the city. This study attempts to analyze the data and information through the quantitative analysis method using the geographical information system (gis). The main objective of this study is to present the development of prosperity in the study area from the village phase until 2022, with the progress at the neighborhood level of kalar and determine the plan, shape and direction of prosperity in the area after the implementation of all the steps of the study, the area of prosperity in kalar during the four phases, 781.6 hectares increased, from four neighborhoods to 33 neighborhoods, the number of buildings was 36188 residential buildings, the number of families was 33308 families.
