Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) technology holds profound significance, especially within the realm of international legal jurisprudence. Given its nuanced nature, particularly in the context of UN resolutions, it is imperative to ensure its proper consideration in international endeavors. Given its heightened sensitivity, particularly in UN deliberations, understanding the legal and global implications of AI's functionality is paramount, especially concerning UN mandates. Thus, the objective of this research is to elucidate the role and significance of AI in human rights, international security and sustainable development fields. To achieve this aim, analytical methodologies are employed to scrutinize the concepts and legal frameworks of international law. The conclusion of this study underscores the substantial impact of artificial intelligence on shaping the course of United Nations activities, necessitating continued efforts by UN agencies to effectively navigate its integration.
