Abstract

This paper proclaims the significance and the role of children drama in installing and stabilising the national educational values for the age of children that the literary text has addressed.

This paper makes use of descriptive analysis method depending on the measurements of literary textual analysis and focusing on the significant features of children literature and educational aims. Through analysing the selected literary text, the paper attempts to illustrate the highlighted national educational values that are located in the literary text. Ahmad Ali Kanaan’s classification of national educational values is used to accomplish the paper’s hypothesis in scientific and proper order.

In Zmani Dayk which is a collection of children drama, a play is selected entitled Nergzakani Mam Nawroz. The selection is made randomly and intentionally, as Nergizakany Mam Nawroz encompasses a considerable aggregate of national educational values.
