Abstract

research consists of four primary sections, the first section is the general introduction of the research, the second section is the general theory frame about the research and its rules and some of the previews researches, in this section is the steps that the researcher took in order to make the research successful, the fourth section is about the results and some suggestions. the primary target of the research is to know the role of the educational overseer in the learning ability advancement in the primary schools for the year of 2017 - 2018, and the effect of the ( gender, education, service ) on the teachers perspective, the research contains 200 social subjects teachers in both genders that is chosen randomly on purpose in both east and west directorate of education, 72 teachers are male and 128 teachers are female, in order for the researchers to collect information the depended on questionnaire forms and previous researches that consist of 5 different subjects including ( teaching, the teaching materials, class condition, teaching subjects, teachers evaluation ), it consists of 44 sections, the researcher after being sure about the reality of the results, he/she began to implement it on a ideal research, and after deep analysis by using the ideal statistics, and percentage and rearranging the sections by (spss) software, they presented the research.
