##article.abstract##

The period of Ottoman rule was characterized by several characteristics that distinguished it from the periods preceding it. This distinction is due not only to the period of time and geography but also to the existence of a system of great importance in terms of administrative, political, social, military, religious and even civilizational, which encompassed all aspects of life.

The increase in artisanal activity, the development of productive relations between artisans on the one hand, and others and the state on the other, have led to the growing importance of artisanal groups as socio-economic organizations with special ethical foundations. Their members constitute the active forces and the majority in society, as well as their role in the cohesion of social relations between artisanal communities and their individual relations.
