This paper explains the distribution of Jews in Iraqi Kurdistan and their statistics during the period 1921-1951 as an ancient community from the Assyrian period to their migration to Israel, lived in Kurdistan without separation and divided into different regions, while preserving their identity.
The study used official and informal historical documents as the main source of statistics and compared and analyzed the data.
The study showed that Jews were spread throughout Iraqi Kurdistan in different proportions and not attached to a particular region. Wherever there was life, they lived there. They settled more in commercial and economic centers, especially in major cities and border cities.
