Abstract

The problem of the study is that there is a decrease in the level and degree of spatial relationship between the network of streets and the nature of the spatial distribution of health centers within the municipal boundaries of the city of Erbil, resulting in functional problems related to the spatial characteristics of the street network on the one hand and the location of health centers in the city on the other hand.

Therefore, the study aims to create a model that can be used in the planning and re-planning of the street network and its relationship to the planning of health.

Based on this, the study suggests that street networks do not play an effective role in achieving the spatial efficiency of the provision of health services in the city, and the lack of real-time compatibility to reach institutions
