This paper follows a field study method to collect data. For data analysis, SPSS has been used with formulas of frequency, mean and standard deviation. The results showed that the level of the organizational justice was not at the satisfaction level in the given university which denotes a weakness in the application of organizational justice. The study reached to a number of important conclusions such as the the dimension of procedural justice was weak, While the impact of the transaction justice was less than the dimensions of distributive and procedural, as it is mainly dependent on the way how the presidents deal with their subordinates and on how individuals deal with each other at work which is believed to be within a humanitarian frame. This study crucially recommends that the given university gives more importance to its employees to satisfy their needs and desires. It is also recommended that the given university should clarify the goals and the strategies of the work to their employees to attain a high level of the employees' job satisfaction and loyalty.
