Abstract

This study clarifies the sound legal space for robots with artificial intelligence, to carry out the entrusted legal actions. In addition, this study determines the legal position at which they stand, in order to deduce the (enforceable) rights and obligations resulting from the actions. Therefore, the author recommends specific legal adaptation that is consistent with the legal nature of robots with artificial intelligence. The aim of this study is achieved by the conclusion, in which the author explains the results drawn and the recommendations deem appropriate in amending the legal texts concerned with the study.
