Impacts of the Economic Crisis on activate Women's free work

The purpose of this research is to identify the impacts of the economic crisis on the private enterprise of women, and how to they can overmaster on the working social barrier and building the new cultural working.  Additionally, for gathering data, this research has been conducted using semi-structured interview in qualitative research. Also, the research society is the county of Erbil and sample size is that (8) women.

The results of this study have been shown that the economic crisis is the common factors for activation women in the private enterprise. Moreover, family support for women is the most significant social motive to break up the social barriers. That is mean the establishment of the new culture for women working as a social need, for the family, society and social development.
