Abstract

Edhaddin Al-Eji was a famous Kurdish scientist and judge in the Persian region in the eighth century of Hijri/ Fourteenth century of Gregorian.  In terms of Science,he is regarded as one of the scholars in the field of jurist and Islamic sciences. Throughout his writings, ideas and opinions, he could affect groups of Muslim especially those who were followers of Shafii Madhab and his effectiveness is continuous till now a day and he is considered as a great scholar of his method.

As a result of obtaining this fame in the field of science in a short period of time, he was able to gain the attention of internal and external administrators and this paved the way to be a successful judge. He could establish a good relationship with the politicians and the majority of the administrators of that era and had an important role in arbitrating conflicting tendencies.

Hence, this research paper sheds light on the life, and scientific of Eji in the Persian region in the era of ILkhan Mongols. As well as his role in the field of politic affairs, and judges. Besides, this research illustrates the causes and methods of receiving the judge s affaires and his relationship with the politician and administrators
