We need to pay more attention to new styles of tourism. Therefore the research aims at tourism development in the area of Soran, through facilitating and activating the timeshare contract. The research aims to indicate positive effects of this contract on tourism development in the Soran area, and thus, to encourage investors to invest in tourism through concluding timeshare contract. This research also aims to encourage authority to provide investors with legal facilities by enacting a special law to govern the provisions of the contract. If we deal with the timeshare contract based on research and successful study, it will attract foreign capital and foreign tourists to the region and connect tourists to the region periodically and continuously.
