Research into the dimensions of distribution and evaluation of the capabilities of health services is of importance, as it is considered one of the most important social services that directly affect human life.
The aim of this study is to analyze, divide and evaluate the capabilities of health services in Kalar. In order to achieve the desired goal, it depends on the basic statistics of quantity analysis .In using the (Arc GIS 10.3) program from the spatial analysis and statistical analysis depending on Average Nearest Neighbor. Moreover, finding the central points of Distribution Measuring Geographic, standard distance, and directional distribution.
