Abstract

The research aims to clarify ranges of water deficit monthly and quarterly and yearly by analysing and estimating climatic water balance to know surplus periods and water deficit,The climatic water balance has been extracted for studies area by enforcement (Thornthwaite-Ivanoff, Penman-monteith and Khosla )equations,The monthly and yearly average has been used for rain and evaporation, The results show two terms from where temporal distribution. The period of increasing amount of water wich located in mosul and khabat lasts for two months, and the maximum amount of water is the amedi station, which is 7 months.The minimum shortening period in amedia,which is 7months.The maximum 10 months.

1-According to Thornthwaite equation Amadiyah station considers a higher station from where the number of water surpluses of about(6)months.And less inability yearly(1370)mm and higher water deficit has been recorded in Bardarash and Mosul stations deficit(7)months for both of theme and yearly deficit( 2110,2281)mm.
