In the aftermath of Napoleon (1769-1821) invasions in
particular in the Leipzig war the European force entered to Paris in
31-3-1814. The successful powers decided to summit a congress to
solve the situation which had happened in the aftermath of the
Napoleon wars particularly in the political aspect. The changes of
the trends towards nationalism, and republic became more popular
among the people. The Europeans preferred the new system rather
than royal old-fashioned systems which thousands of years ruled
the Europe. After long conversation among the politicians of these
countries who won the war, by the attempts of Austrian Prime
Minister Klemens von Metternich skillful diplomatic, he could
persuade the most European powerful countries to summon the
congress.
