Abstract

This research tries to investigate and elucidate construction  of parasynthetics  in Kurdish language and one of the construction is about number categories. This research demonstrates meaning construction as well as those forms that include numbers in morphology by using schemas. Parasynthetic constructions that includes numbers are all about those constructions that contain more than two elements and number is one of them. This opinion relies on word-based morphology, and the word is the smallest element to analyse. Bound words construct of form and meaning by analysis schema and sub-schemas. Parasynthetic constructions that includes numbers have its own important role to enhance language dictionary, also in Kurdish language those constructions are used to coin words. This research has reached to a general schema to all parasynthetic constructions that contain numbers in Kurdish language and at the last part of this research, all different schemas have gathered into a single schema.
