Abstract

This research studies the psychological aspect of accused person for committing a crime. Here psychology means moral corner, this is with the benefit from psychological, nerve, and brain experts’ experience, and studying the accused’s psychological aspect. That means studying the mental and psychological aspects of the accused particularly the studying of the glands which decide on the person’s behavior so that it can be clear for us to what extend the decision and will of the one who commits the crime were in his own control and because in this research, we try to diagnose the glands and hormones which are responsible for decisions that may show a criminal behavior in people
