Abstract

With the emergence of artificial intelligence as an advanced technology, its impact on the traditional conditions for granting patents has become clear, which raises the extent to which conditions for human patenting are available in the case of inventions derived by artificial intelligence or with the help of artificial intelligence.

This requires enacting legislation that regulates these inventions, whether within the framework of current laws by amending their texts to be compatible with them or with new legal texts, in light of what will result from the international and local efforts made and currently being made in this regard
