Crime Increase: Study Between Sharia and Law

This research deals with the laws of Islamic Sharia with crime increase matter, and in positive law the subject of the crime of beating or wound leading. (Saraya) means side effects and wound trace resulted of the crime, and the demolition of another organ, or the loss of its use, or the death. Exploitation in the legal term was used for beating or wound, which ends in: permanent disability, or death. In this way, the meaning of "Saraya" is agreed in the Sharia, with the meaning of (expiation) in the law.
The research connected with the talk of laws of crime increase concerning with the limbs and death in the four Sunni famous Islamic sectors: Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, Hanbali, and then selecting of the correct and chosen point of views. It also dealt with the laws of beating or wound leading to permanent disability or death in the Iraqi and Egyptian punishment law. Lastly, a comparison between Shariha and laws taken in consideration, as well as comparing between the points of agreement and the differences between them.
