Abstract

Technological development has brought about many transformations in various societies, including in the media; Different technologies are widely accepted by different age groups, which results in the birth of an illegitimate child; It is a cybercrime born from the womb of the illegal use of Internet networks.

Cybercrime has become a threat to natural and legal persons, it even threatens the      internal security and economies of countries, which has required strengthening cyber security through legal mechanisms, first and foremost legislation.
